BAD Chad Decker Shoots His Way Back into the Winner’s Circle
“Bad” Chad Decker made his return to Knockouts and 3 Counts this week, fresh off his big win on Saturday at Clip: Motor City Cage Fights 21. Since our last chat, Chad talks to us about his new engagement to his fiancée Dani Shaub and picking up a new hobby behind the camera lens.

In his last fight, he had his toughest fight to date in his professional career, which currently sits at 6-0. He took on Shawn Tarlton, and he got everything he could handle and was right at defeat’s doorstep.
Although you would think that changes a fighter’s mindset, for Decker, it seems it was another day in the office. Decker went on to talk about his struggles getting acclimated to the 145 weight class for the first time since college wrestling. Last week’s fight wasn’t an issue, even though he fought an experienced Michigan fighter and Bellator vet Eric “The Ram” Ramirez. This fight would take place at 165 pounds, with both fighters taking it on short notice, which is at least one weight class up for both fighters.
Chad was able to get a quick first-round finish via TKO and come out unscathed. He looks for a quick return to the cage and promises his potential opponent will “make Michigan fight fans really happy.”
We also got to talk about everything from Jon Jones’ retirement, Jake Paul vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., UFC 317 predictions, and more!
